Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our proprietary healthcare application. This system underpins our innovative care model, enabling seamless scheduling and communication, robust data analytics, and superior patient care. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, product managers, and data analysts, to ensure our technology meets the needs of patients and providers alike.
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions that support clinical and operational workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and clinical teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
- System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring the application is robust, secure, and adheres to industry best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, employing modern development practices.
- Integration: Develop APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the system remains fast and reliable under increasing user loads.
- Compliance: Ensure the application complies with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Proven experience building and maintaining applications in healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core Framework, and Angular.js. Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL Server). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.

Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and data security practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture.

The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $120,000 and $200,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
