Responsibilities

The CTOR Department at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is a vital component of the Cardiac Service Line of Excellence, providing crucial support to the "Heart & Lung Institute," the nation's sole stand-alone lung transplant center. Operating from 6:30 am to 7 pm, the CTOR houses seven surgical suites and conducts over 1500 cases annually.
