job summary:

Seeking a program manager/technology business systems consultant with a focus on Data Security. The ideal consultant has had hands-on experience doing the technical work, and now desires to lead the front on the business side.

You will support cross-team needs within our client's Cyber Security organization, directing investments to defend the organizations' security platforms & technologies, and reducing friction for the business while measuring adherence to policy.

Candidates need to be highly technically focused (the ideal client has technology and cybersecurity certifications to tie into their backgrounds), with program management experience.

This specific role requires a background/expert knowledge in Data Security (scanning structured and unstructured data for security issues)

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping and influencing products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term objectives to address complex business and technical needs.

  • Lead the development and resolution of intricate and unique challenges, requiring comprehensive evaluation across multiple domains.

  • Provide long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.

  • Oversee and coordinate complex activities, offering guidance and support to others.

  • Offer vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for the implementation of innovative and impactful digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.

  • Strategically engage with professionals and managers at all levels across the enterprise.

  • Act as an expert advisor to leadership.

qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced

  • Minimum 7 years of experience

  • Education: Bachelors
