WHO WE NEED FOR THIS JOB

To become a trailblazing Customer Care Specialist at Kern Heating & Cooling, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to professionally address customer issues and concerns

HVAC experience would be a plus. Knowledge about ServiceTitan dispatch software would also be beneficial.
