About the Role
At We Insure, we are passionate about helping our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping protect members of our community by providing individualized coverage to meet all of their insurance needs, including homeowner's, auto, business and more. This opportunity is located at a successful auto dealership that has 16 brands and 3 locations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must have Property and Casualty license
- At least two years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience preferred
- Experience in achieving sales goals through leads and referrals
- Confident self-starter
- Ability to cross sell existing clients with the initiative to exceed sales goals
- Ability to ensure a positive customer experience
- Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, hard-working, coachable and have a great attitude
- Must be a team player
- Must be organized and efficient
