This role will be instrumental in maximizing the value of the business IT systems, services, and infrastructure. This position will manage all IT operations, oversee process improvements, and drive IT projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all IT systems, software, hardware, and IT infrastructure to ensure continuous business operations.
- Define, plan, and oversee all IT daily activities, projects, and system upgrades.
- Participate in the design, build and implementation of business system solutions, utilizing current ERP solutions and other business applications to solve complex business requirements.
- Manage, motivate, coach, and develop IT employees to maximize individual contribution to objectives.
- Ensure the efficient interchange of data between the main business offices and remote sites and staff.
- Responsible for the planning, processes and implementation of software, application, hardware development and maintenance.
- Create, implement, maintain, and enforce all procedures for efficient, effective, and consistent software/hardware development and maintenance.
- Work with IT Staff, and/or vendors to evaluate, develop and implement technical solutions including both delivered system solutions and custom development application options.
- Manage system upgrade, integration, developments, and implementation activities.
- Acting project manager for all IT projects and related business solutions requiring implementation of software and/or hardware.
- Responsible for all management job duties: recruitment; assigning and directing work, performance management, rewards and recognition, performance counseling and resolving problems.
- Ensuring the company's cyber security meets industry compliance regulations and remains fully licensed.
- Researching and recommending future technology to enhance business operations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems related field, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - IT Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a progressive IT environment.
- Previous experience in a technology-focused leadership role required; manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting and working within an ERP environment, including supporting CRM, MRP and MPS applications a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Success leading teams or collaborating with business partners and peer-level professionals from other IT specialties.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a project and lead a project team, report status, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required; Communication style appropriate for C-suite.
- Microsoft Suite interaction is essential.
- Advanced functional knowledge of ERP within a Manufacturing operation with proficient working knowledge in creating solutions for highly complex business situations.
