$3000 SIGN ON BONUS
Acierno Family Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on oral health, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the dental practice.
Schedule (days/hours)
Mondays 8am-4pm or 10am-7pm Tuesdays off Wednesday 2pm-8pm Thursday 2pm-7pm Friday 7am-3pm Saturday 8am-1pm (every other)
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
- Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
- Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
- Screen patients' periodontal health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
- Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome)
- A current CPR certification

Compensation Range: /Hour
