Overview:

$3000 SIGN ON BONUS

Harlem Irving Family Dental is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dental hygiene care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall mission of Harlem Irving Family Dental to deliver outstanding dental services.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday through Friday Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
Screen patients' periodontal health
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Perform oral cancer screenings
Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands
Qualifications:
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome)
A current CPR certification

About:

Compensation Range: $50 - $57/Hour

Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, telemedicine flexible spending accounts, life, disability, and a 401k plan.
