This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will perform Fulfillment Operations for materials and components. This includes processing receipts from Purchase Orders, improving warehouse capacity, generation of cycle counts and distribution of hardware and support equipment to manufacturing, responsibility for shipment of all commodities and aerospace hardware to support internal and external customer requirements. You must comprehend all processes related to warehouse activities and ensure compliance is always met. You will also process the receipt and storage of non-production supplies. To do so, you are a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Day Shift (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Travel to other Blue Origin facilities to assist in launch operations and warehouse set up.
  • Provide mentorship to Inventory Control Specialists.
  • Executing daily part shipments including all in-bound and select outbound activity.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks in all type of weather conditions
  • Work within Logistics team to identify and resolve discrepancies through teamwork.
  • Resolve customer requests and provide guidance to maintain conformance to all processes.
  • Process Purchase Order Receipts to include resolution of discrepancies with Supply Chain Management.
  • Perform daily stocking activities.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse requests to ensure production schedule is not impacted and SLAs are within commitments.
  • Resolve warehouse capacity challenges.
  • Generate and perform cycle counts to evaluate compliance to process, ensure inventory accuracy and identify root causes of variations.
  • Maintain systems and processes for routing and distribution of indirect material purchases.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and present opportunities for improvement within warehouse operations.
  • Safely and securely handling product with a forklift and/or pallet jack.
  • Escalate any non-compliance of company process.
  • Required to work during weekends, holidays, extended work schedule, early and late work hours.
  • Required to handle requests proactively and expediting following thorough requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years inventory control experience including handling, inventory and handling of energetic systems, hazardous waste materials and raw metals.
  • Experience in Logistics, Transportation, and Shipping aerospace hardware
  • Mathematical skills including calculating percentages, area, circumference, volume, and conversion of Units of Measure and Weights.
  • Ability to safely drive a forklift and perform elevated work.
  • An attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or otherwise able to review all export-controlled technical information.
  • Analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, medical or military environments.
  • APICS certification or desire to obtain.
  • Experience with Hazardous Material Shipments which include DG Certification
  • Experience in business dealings with all modes of transportation vendors
  • Experience with International Shipments
  • Experience with small package Kiosk
  • An associate or bachelor's degree


Compensation range for on site CA applicants is $23.85-$33.39

Other site ranges may differ
