Global Supply Chain Specialists focus on product sourcing and strategic inventory planning and forecasting with a focus on overseas manufacturers. Tasks include strategic demand planning and forecasting, creating stocking strategies, and reporting on pricing, costs, and gross profit. Individuals will be perceptive, intelligent and adaptable to a highly dynamic supply chain. This position is full-time and located in Lancaster, PA, but is hybrid-friendly for those within a 1-hour driving radius.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic demand planning and forecasting
- Sourcing international suppliers and products
- Negotiating price, product quality, and terms with product manufacturers in foreign countries
- Analyzing sales and market trends to maximize sales and profit
- Researching potential new products and adding them to our catalog
- Mining data using Microsoft Power BI and our proprietary inventory management system
- Generating creative ideas for process improvement
- Communicate with logistics, operations, and customer support teams to ensure effective delivery of products

**Skills & Requirements**
- Ability to conduct detailed research
- Strong data reporting and analysis skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Strong computer skills; emphasis in Excel
- ** Communicate effectively with vendors in Hindi, Thai, Portuguese, or Vietnamese**:
