Position Overview
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions. Collaborating with the management team, you will oversee nursing care in line with established policies, serving as a knowledgeable resource for the staff and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor and provide high-quality patient care.
- Assist in the admission and discharge processes.
- Collaborate with experts and leadership to drive improved outcomes and services.
- Offer coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Support staff scheduling activities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 90 days of starting.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be secured within 30 days of employment.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's degree, Registered Nurse diploma, or Associate degree required.
