About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Warehouse Associate to join our team in Opa Locka. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock.
  • Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Inspect products for defects and damage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodations
  • Assist with other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, dust).

Skills:

As a Bilingual English/Spanish Warehouse Associate/, you will use your strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for. Additionally, you will use your physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds to load and unload products from trucks.
