Registered Nurse Charge Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care for residents
  • Oversee facility operations, safety, and compliance to nursing policies and regulations
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Valid state nursing license
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
