The Engine Technical Sales Support is responsible for providing technical support for Mustang Cat Power Sales and Service departments.

Engine Technical Sales Support Responsibilities Include:
  • Communicate with Cat engineers via the DSN network to quickly resolve any technical issues
  • Create parts lists
  • Assist in the quoting process
  • Work with district Cat Representatives and Service teams to identify accurate information for the Service and Sales teams
  • Additional duties as assigned
Engine Technical Sales Support Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technical, or other related field
  • Will consider relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an engine repair environment
  • Possess a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must have a basic understanding of engines (gas and diesel) and generators
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with a strong desire to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strongly preferred experience:
  • Knowledge of Cat SIS and DBS preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
