Kingsway is currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician....

Lead Maintenance Technicians at Kingsway lead maintenance staff to ensure the campus stays in good working order. Their work helps the Kingsway Community maintain occupational health and safety standards. They also make sure the campus is always presentable for residents and visitors. Lead Maintenance Technicians detect and resolve minor property problems. Lead Maintenance Technicians schedule, delegate and perform maintenance tasks. In addition, they are expected to perform emergency maintenance tasks/repairs, during and outside normal business hours.

Requirements

• Coordinate and participate with inspections from city code enforcement, NYSDOH, Fire Department and other regulatory agencies

• Perform weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance for all building systems to ensure that facility equipment is operating efficiently to specifications

• Oversee and perform maintenance work orders

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems

• Perform all repair and maintenance work to comply with code standards

Salary Description

$27 - $30 per hour
