Service Dispatcher/Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Work safely following company policies and guidelines
- Dispatch a group of technicians using company software and web based programs as needed
- Enter work orders on a daily basis
- Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided.
- Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
- Receive start up reports from field, attach to TRAX request, save copy on network, and forward to manufacturer.
- Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings, etc....
- Perform daily download activity, including attaching work orders to original requests.
- Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians.
- Run payroll reports for assigned technicians, audit for accuracy and submit to payroll administrator
- Review Service reports and follow up with technicians and customer providing paperwork or work orders as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Be a self-starter with a focus to contribute and succeed
