Human Resources Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain employee personnel files and documents.
  • Administrative functions such as generating reports and answering employees' questions
  • Responsible for processing Invoices
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topic
  • Performs other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors' Degree in the human resources field or related experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years working as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources field preferred.
  • Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Expert experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player and a fast learner
