This prestigious, international, financial services firm seeks dynamic candidates to join their Human Resources department in their Jersey City, NJ offices.
Duties will include:

  • Performs administrative tasks and customer service functions by answering general HR employee requests and questions and escalates to senior team members as appropriate.
  • Verifies and monitors I-9 documentation and ensures data integrity by appropriately and accurately maintaining all records current, including HRIS data input and coordinates appropriately with other team members.
  • ssists with new employee background checks and new hire onboarding process, including preparing and/ reviewing new employee files and ensuring that all employee records are kept up to date and are accurate.
  • Conducts new hire orientations and assists the department with the new hire orientation process and onboarding as appropriate.
Qualified candidates should have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or other relevant studies.
  • t least 3-6 years of Human Resources administrative experience in banking/financial services preferred.
  • dvanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required.
  • Experience with HRIS preferred.
