Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Support Representative in their Emergency Medical Device Division for a 6 Month Contract . This role will be supporting our clients Emergency AED Defibrillators products as described below. This is a Contract - Contract to Hire opportunity providing support described by not limited to below.

Work hours are 7am - 3:30pm PT Monday - Friday

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Answers phone calls/emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
  • Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
  • Reports issues in Salesforce.
  • May be involved in customer training
Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • 2 years in a technical support role either with Medical Products, IT or Professional Services
  • Proved track record of being reliable, on-time and dependable team member
  • 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce
  • AED Defibrillator or Lifenet data experience is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Quick learner and study of products to learn support requirements.
