Holiday Inn San Jose-Silicon Valley is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to maximize and expand client relationships in the heart of San Jose. Our property, featuring 354 guest rooms and over 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, is a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers. As the Sales Manager, you will be focused on selling, growing the business and managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals. This will include but not limited to conducting site visits, performing outside calls, attending trade shows, communicating and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and developing relationships with clients. Other duties include preparing reports, develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients and maintain knowledge of hotel, market, and brand. This position does require previous hotel Sales Manager experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals. Required Experience:
Minimum two years of Hotel Sales Manager experience
