Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and document network devices (Cisco routers, switches, WiFi access points, Avaya UC endpoints, etc.).
  • Assist with LAN moves, additions, and changes; maintain records and security measures.
  • Troubleshoot network issues via phone, office visits, or remote monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the ITS team and support infrastructure challenges.
  • Help with data circuit installations and network configurations for new buildings.
Required Experience:
  • 2 years of experience with Cisco Networking systems, including installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS and related systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning new technology.
Preferred Experience:
  • Cisco ISE, DNA Center, SDA, SD-WAN Architecture.
  • HPE Aruba Mobility Manager and Aruba Airwave Controllers.
Education:
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with Cisco networks; CCNP or CCIE certification preferred. Advanced education can substitute for some experience.
