Qualifications The Loan Processor performs a variety of administrative and loan processing support functions for one or more programs within Energy Finance Solutions. Key Responsibilities: Review documentation to confirm loan product requirements and program eligibility; prepare files for expedited internal review and processing Maintain customer/contractor correspondence both via email and phone, responding to customer and contractor program questions, advising customer and contractor of eligibility to participate in program(s) and serve as a knowledgeable resource for general program inquiries Perform accurate and detailed data entry Own the resolution processes and facilitate effective product delivery Provide documentation of decisions and ongoing processing status updates as necessary Prepare and issue loan documents per Loan Specialist instructions to approved applicants and/or their contractors Prepare files for payment; assist with pre-funding screening to verify completeness; communicate as necessary to obtain missing items, prepare ACH form and/or check for funding Actively participate as a member of assigned workgroups These responsibilities are not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned from time-to-time. Qualifications/Skills: High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of work-related experience, preferably in customer service Experience with loan processing and credit analysis a plus Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite required Strong written & verbal communication skills Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize Able to work as part of a team and independently Organized with a strong attention to detail necessary Ability to think quickly and make good judgement decisions Slipstream recognizes and values the importance of diversity and inclusion in enriching the employment experience and its mission.
