Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter client data into the back-office system.

  • Search for and manage account documents to ensure they are complete and up-to-date.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements/Must Haves:

  • Proven data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Previous experience handling financial documents is a plus.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
