Safety-Kleen is seeking a passionate Sales Account Executive to enhance our dedicated and safety-focused team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving business growth and establishing robust customer relationships. Collaborating with route drivers, you will share valuable product insights with our clients regarding essential services we offer.

As a Sales Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies;
  • Acquiring new customers and developing a consistent sales pipeline;
  • Managing and nurturing relationships within your existing book of business;
  • Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly goals with the District Sales Manager to identify additional sales opportunities;
  • Being the primary point of contact for our customers, enhancing Safety-Kleen's presence within their facilities;
  • Collaborating with route drivers to turn new sales opportunities into successes;
  • Expanding the customer base by introducing new services;
  • Preparing and presenting customer quotes;
  • Converting leads into loyal customers;
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required;
  • A proactive, tenacious, and organized approach with a strong sales mentality;
  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an advantage;
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred;
  • Excellent skills in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively to focus on high-value sales activities;
  • Strong collaborative skills and commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities to influence decision-making;
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
