Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Social Worker to work with a partnering Hospice Care facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Social Worker Contract Details:
- $940 - $1,015 per week*
- 57-week contract with possibility of extension
- Hospice Care
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Active Social Worker Licensure/Certification in Tennessee
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Social Worker
- Prior experience in hospice care
