Job Description Summary:

Join the OhioHealth team as a Physical Therapist Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package. Home Health PTs work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team where you have autonomy, a reasonable and fair weekend rotation, a flexible schedule, and limited on-call. Home Health PTs provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the patient's provider.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor Vehicles, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of OhioState of Ohio, PT1 - Physical Therapist License - American Board of Physical Therapy SpecialtiesAmerican Board of Physical Therapy SpecialtiesAmerican Board of Physical Therapy SpecialtiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid state driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
  • Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Ohio
  • 1-2 Years of Experience Preferred
