Position Summary Serves as a key member of Lifestyles marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, collaborating and supporting inter-department marketing projects.Major Responsibilities • Collaborate in concept and execution in all areas of brand marketing strategies within a team setting to support Lifestyles' green grass, retail and D2C businesses• Plan and maintain social media calendar and campaigns to boost brand awareness, grow their reach and help drive green grass and D2C sales• Develop engaging content for all social media accounts - from monthly planning to daily execution• Stay up-to-date with social media developments for proper implementation for the brands for the appropriate retail channel & audience• Monitor, track and interact, appropriately, to social media comments• Support E-com's customer-facing communications, such as online reviews, and wholesale/outlets/D2C email marketing campaigns• Collaborate with E-com to develop impactful paid social media campaigns• Assist in applying the latest digital trends to support wholesale sales meetings and trade shows, including seasonal B2B E-commerce platform assets• Help plan and execute professional player wardrobing programRequired Skills/Knowledge• Advanced knowledge and love of the game of golf, including its professional tours and players• Strong communications skills, creative writer, efficient, and self-starterExperience Needed• 2+ years of overall work experience in social media and marketing• Understanding of paid digital media universe, particularly SEM and paid social• Experience in Big Commerce, FB Business Manager, and hands on ESP knowledge (e.g.Klaviyo) is a plus
