About the Role

The Sales Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in bridging our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on generating high-quality B2B leads for senior care facilities and acute care facilities. This role demands a blend of creative marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the sales process to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team, focusing on senior care and acute care facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless transition of MQLs to sales qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive marketing decisions, continually optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content and marketing materials tailored to the needs and interests of our target B2B audience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process and how to effectively support sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
