Education *: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required, with a focus on process improvement preferred. * B. Experience *: 3+ years in aviation quality, production, or manufacturing environment preferred * C. Competencies & Attributes * 1. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is required *2. * Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint for creating and analyzing documents, presentations, and training materials. 3.
