- Salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience, and strong opportunities for advancement.
- Provide exceptional legal services across a diverse range of real estate transactions, including contract drafting and review.
- Advise clients on zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to entrepreneurial and owner-operator clients, helping them achieve their business goals while mitigating legal risks.
- Manage a busy practice, maintaining responsiveness and delivering top-notch client service.
- Demonstrate a business-oriented approach by identifying growth opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Stay committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying practical legal solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced practice.
- Licensed in MA and in good standing.
