IT Technician

Job Summary: Technology Sales NTG The technology sales position is responsible for evaluating and testing of all types of equipment received in the warehouse. All products are to cleaned, evaluated, tested and remarketed online or sold to walk in dealers. As a sales person your job will also include reviewing customer needs, providing solutions, and negotiating prices on bids. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Identifies and locates new customers through a variety of methods. Clean, audit and record specific details of equipment as it is prepared for sale. Troubleshoot and repair equipment. Test various types of technology. Pack orders properly for shipping Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers. Answers inquiries from customers concerning products and their uses. Provides information, quotes and other bid specifications to customers. Negotiates prices and shipping terms of sales. Research current market trends. Periodically prepares and reports results and status of overall business. Meeting all sales targets. Work as part of a sales team. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Thorough understanding of technical products to be sold. Organized with attention to detail. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Working in a Hospital environment.
