- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical unit specializing in ENT, Diabetes, and General Surgery.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Support the unit's team in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
