- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the Medical/Surgical specialty
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient status and provide updates to physicians and other team members
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management strategies
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient care challenges effectively
