Entry Level Phlebotomist

Actalent is hiring Entry-Level Phlebotomists Job Description As a Phlebotomist, you will perform your duties in strict accordance with SOPs to ensure donor safety and product purity. Your responsibilities include identifying donors, greeting donors courteously, setting up and preparing collection devices, performing arm scrubs, verifying label sets, operating automated collection equipment, and completing all documentation accurately. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to all SOPs and regulations, and participate in staff training and meetings. Occasional travel may be required. Hard Skills Phlebotomy Certification Blood Draw Operation of automated collection equipment Documentation Soft Skills Professionalism Attention to detail Organization Adherence to SOPs and regulations Work Environment Biocenter - Must be comfortable entering a sub-zero environment for short amounts of time.
