I. Position Responsibilities: Essential

  • Document Scanning and Management: Efficiently scan physical documents using provided scanning equipment, ensuring clarity and accuracy of digital copies.
  • File Organization and Naming: Systematically save and name digital files according to company naming conventions and filing protocols to maintain an organized digital archive.
  • Document Destruction: Responsibly shred and dispose of physical documents post-scanning, following company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and assisting with office correspondence to support overall office operations.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager
II. Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail in managing files, records, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Superior listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to effectively and comfortably communicate with all levels employees both client facing and internal.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational/time management skills, a team-player who can work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility, and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
III. Mental and Physical Demands

Work Environment:
  • Typical office environment – moderate noise level.
Physical Demands:
  • Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces.
  • The position will be physically located in the Atlanta office; working remotely outside of Company Directed Guidelines is not permitted. Currently, the in-office work model is a hybrid with 2 days remote/3 days in the office.
  • Sitting/standing for eight (8) hour shifts.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • This position is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Extensive use of hands and fingers for manipulation of keyboard, answering phone calls, calculator, copy machine, computer printer/scanner and other office productivity machinery.
  • Use of computer terminal, which requires extensive eye contact with a video display terminal.
