Job Description:
As a EWM Warehouse Support Engineer, responsible for
• Inventory management system for all warehouse areas.
• Manages Inbound, Internal Warehouse, Production Supply and Outbound warehouse business processes.
• Coordinates flow of materials throughout the site.
• Experience in EWM - System Integrations with Warehouse Control Systems, Manufacturing Execution System, Dematic AGV Scheduler - Automation Integration Layer
• User support for navigation and system use
• Issue Resolution and Escalation
• Incident Volume Management
• Incident Management System
• Knowledge Base Development
• Monitoring the WMS Integration Layer with other systems
• Monitoring System Performance
• Training Materials Development
• dherence to SLAs and Procedures
• Report metrics
• Security Administration
• System Configuration and adjustments Support
• Problem Management
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
