Top Skills Strong customer service skills IT Knowledge (IT Degree/ Certifications/ Hands on experience) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Job Duties Our client is looking for 10 help desk team members to join their current team to assist with a 3 – 4 month project over late summer and when teachers return to school. These candidates will join a team of 9 helpdesk technicians. During the summer months, this team handles approximately 300-700 of tickets per day with a resolution rate of 60%.
