Responsibilities: Develop and lead a culture of quality. Responsible for the effective management and/or day-to-day supervision of quality control and inspection. Oversees the development and implementation of AS9100D standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, efficacy and reliability of products. Implements a quality system that ensures compliance to all contractual, corporate, governmental regulatory/statutory requirements, and that complies with AS9100D standards. Oversees inspection and testing of software, hardware, materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, and endurance. Sets standards for each attribute of the product and verify all the attributes of the product are met. Champion system audits including but not limited to AS9100D, customer and internal. Travel requirements - 25% on average Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field of study with 5-7 years of experience Successfully led an organization through establishing AS9100D certification or leading a team through successful re-certification or audit Experience working with engineering, customer service, supply chain, and quality to resolve quality issues in a timely manner Understanding and interpretation of technical documents including drawings and specifications and technical writing Experience in data analysis and writing Quality Management System (QMS) procedures Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace Industry experience (commercial or DoD) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting and problem solving Excellent attention to detail TSC Benefits: TSC offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefit package; including Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) participation, 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Co-Sponsored Health Plan, Paid Leave and much more.TSC is a growing organization with unlimited opportunity Applying to TSC: Only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
