As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise Data Observability at Acceldata, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategy. This is an individual contributor role, perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about the intersection of data, technology, and marketing. You will be responsible for driving product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target personas across enterprise and large enterprise segments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be a part of a rapidly growing team. You will have a significant impact on how Acceldata's innovative solutions are brought to market and how we engage with our customers and prospects.

We're looking for someone who can:
    • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Acceldata All-in-One Enterprise Data Observability Platform in the market. Ensure alignment with customer pain points, competitive differentiation, and key value propositions.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
    • Sales Enablement: Create impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product demos, and training sessions, to empower our sales team to effectively communicate the value of Acceldata's solutions.
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Leverage insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Content Development: Develop a variety of content assets, such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos, that articulate the value of Acceldata's products to target personas, including data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and data executives.
    • Customer Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with key customers to generate compelling testimonials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the benefits and impact of Acceldata's solutions.
    • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and achieve business goals.
What makes you the right fit for this position?
    • Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in the data or SaaS industry.
    • Educational Background: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Balanced Business and Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data observability, data management, analytics, AI, and data engineering, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs and pain points.
    • Excellent Communicator: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
    • Creative and Innovative: Proven ability to develop unique marketing strategies that differentiate products in the market.
    • Data-Driven and Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions, conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and measure marketing success. Skilled in problem-solving and strategic planning.
    • Collaborative: Experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies.
    • Adaptable and Resilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer feedback.
    • Leadership and Influence: Ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams without direct authority.
