Job Description:
  1. PURPOSE OF JOB: The Senior Systems Analyst: Ambulatory Care will serve as a key technical resource for all functions related to the support of the physician practice community. The focus of this position is to develop, implement, maintain, support and communicate information system methodologies in order to deliver high quality, responsive solutions and support to our physician practices
  1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Adapt Technology to Business Needs
  1. Problem-Solving Skills
Job Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field desired, Bachelors' Degree preferred. Consideration will be given to those holding industry-specific certification. Three to five years' information systems experience in a physician practice environment preferred.
  1. Experience: Three years experience in a physician practice environment using an automated practice management system. Demonstrated understanding of office workflow, scheduling, third-party billing and business management.
  1. Other Skills: Skill sets desired but not required include desk-side user support; end-user training in a classroom environment; demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of end-users; knowledge of industry-specific hardware and software applications (e.g., Microsoft); the ability to function effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Job competency as related to the position description; adherence to Doylestown Hospital's SERVE values (Service, Enthusiasm, Respect, Value and Excellence); customer satisfaction orientation; ability to manage multiple priorities; and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
