Behavioral Health Program Director
Career 1 Source is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Health Program Director to lead and oversee our behavioral health programs in Oklahoma. - Proven experience in successfully building and overseeing behavioral health programs in the Oklahoma region.
- In-depth understanding of licenses and regulations related to behavioral health in the state.
- Proficient in creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing billing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Oklahoma licensure preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
