Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Status: FLEX/PRN
Shift: All Shifts
Salary Range: $31.50/hr PLUS Shift Differentials including $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends

- Communicate pertinent information during between shifts to ensure continuity of resident care.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action.
- Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action immediately.
- Provide supervision to Nursing Assistant providing direct resident care.
- Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders and accurately record all care provided.
- Document resident progress notes as required.
- Give daily instruction to Nursing Assistants regarding care related to treatment.
- Current and valid LPN license in PA.
- Organizational skills and do sequential events.
- Possess initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact and respond appropriately to resident, families, physician and all other visitors/customers on the unit.
