General adult neurology practice

Primary Responsibilities:
-
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson’s disease

Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients

Clinical care of Neurology patients

Required Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O.

Must be board certified in Neurology or Board Eligible

Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment

Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
