Product Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to identify new opportunities for our flagship conversational AI product and take them from zero to one and beyond. In this role you will define, launch, and grow new use cases for conversational AI in Healthcare to address customer needs.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the roadmap of 2-3 new product lines leveraging the Infinitus Platform that will become the next major revenue streams for the company. This will include a combination of product strategy and execution as an individual contributor, as well as mentoring other team members working in these new areas. At Infinitus, we encourage all team members to take ownership over product and technical decisions, closely interact with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful and dynamic team culture.
Purpose of Joining the Team:

- Empower customers: With heavy customer engagement, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a product that genuinely makes life easier for healthcare providers and patients alike.
- Contribute to the product strategy for our flagship conversational AI product in a team that includes our CEO, CTO, Partnership Lead, Engineering Lead, and Operations Lead (we're all product people).
- Interview prospective customers and users, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for new use cases.
- Share insights across product and other teams to build empathy for our target customer and users.
- Define the value proposition and offering for new use cases, balancing short-term feasibility and long-term success.
- Define the target outcomes and key success metrics, partnering with engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams to execute.
- Streamline the end-to-end engagement with new and existing customers, making it easier for them to pilot new and existing use cases and convert into paying customers.
- Define and execute our integration strategy through API's to enable near real-time connections to 3rd party software and customers internal systems.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- A demonstrated track record in identifying opportunities, building 0-1 products, and driving outcomes and metrics for those new offerings.
- A deep understanding of analytics and ability to make data driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development life-cycle.
- A customer and curiosity first mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to thrive in a "startup" environment: Enjoys wearing several hats, taking on ambiguous challenges, and operating autonomously.
- Prior work experience in healthcare, natural language processing (NLP), and/or Conversational AI.
- Technical understanding of API's and schemas.
- Proficient at wireframing and editing designs in Figma.
