Perform preventive maintenance plans (PMs), as scheduled. Level B Operate, maintain and repair including, but not limited to: Any type of oil or gas fired boiler De aerator Plant air compressor Control air compressor Cooling towers Operate and maintain the network of piping systems up to the first valve off the main: This includes the nitrogen system, natural gas system, plant air system, domestic water system; stand by fuel oil system, hot water heating systems, cooling tower systems Operate, maintain and repair steam traps, steam regulators and condensate movers Test systems water and adjust chemical treatment levels on all steam boilers, steam condensate, cooling tower water, hot water heating, and chilled water systems. Operate supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) to retrieve data for log sheet Qualifications Required : 2 yrs. related experience. All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks . All Candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment ( workkeys.com ) or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment. Delay in completing your WorkKeys Assessment will result in a delay in your start date. You may complete your assessment in advance of an interview.
