Hours: 36

Shift: Night Shift, 12 hours, every other weekend and rotating holidays

The hospital is offering a Nurse Residency program to support newly licensed nurses. The program includes clinical education, mentorship, and resources. Nurses will be hired directly into a specialty area and receive focused clinical education. The 12-month program aims to enhance well-being, confidence, and competence in new nurses.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing
  • New RN Graduate Nurses or newly licensed RNs
  • Active State RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Completion of the program will enable nurses to competently and safely manage a full patient assignment with confidence, and be prepared for leadership roles in the future.
