We have many services, including assisted living, short-term and long-term care, nursing homes, retirement communities, memory care, hospice, palliative, and in-home care. Requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A Caregiver. As a caregiver, you care for our residents by helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, transferring, and other errands. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and emotional support as well as advocate for their needs. We will train the right candidates. Encouraging independence as much as possible, you make sure that patients are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns and keeping documentation up to date. Through your caregiving skills and patience, you provide real peace of mind for our residents and their families If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current Oregon License as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid Training or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid cards with in 30 days of hire.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Able to ambulate, stoop, bend, squat and move a maximum of 60 pounds during routine care of an assigned group of residents for an 8 hour shift.
  • Visual and Auditory activity within normal limits with or without prosthetics.
  • Frequent walking and transport of residents.
  • Push and pull wheelchairs and other equipment.


Must function independently, have flexibility and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
