Propósito de la posición :

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de calidad, parámetros, buenas prácticas y especificaciones de servicio desde el ingreso del producto terminado al Centro de Distribución hasta su entrega al cliente.

Las principales responsabilidades son :

  • Liderar la gestión del manejo integrado de plagas (MIP) y los planes maestros de limpieza en el Centro de Distribución.

  • Mantener actualizado los indicadores claves de Calidad & Servicio al Cliente en las operaciones.

  • Liderar y gestionar el cumplimiento de los estándares mandatorios de Calidad en Centro de Distribución. Mantener estándares y procedimientos de calidad actualizados respetando las normativas globales de Nestlé

  • Gestionar la ejecución de capacitaciones y entrenamiento del personal operativo en temas referidos a calidad.

  • Mantener fluida relación con colaboradores internos y clientes externos, a los efectos de identificar problemas y proponer acciones para mitigarlos.

  • Participar del programa PEX y la implementación de visitas a clientes.

Los requisitos del puesto son :

  • Profesionales de Ingeniería en Alimentos, Licenciatura en Tecnología de los Alimentos, Licenciatura en Química o Carreras Afines.

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares en empresas de consumo masivo o similar.

  • Nivel avanzado en manejo de Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Se valorará conocimiento de SAP.

  • Habilidades para comunicarse, proactividad, resolutivo, alto compromiso, trabajo en equipo y flexible para adaptarse a un ambiente desafiante y dinâmico.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar eventualmente a Centros de Distribución nacional y clientes locales.

  • Se valorará experiencia en participación en auditorías y seguimiento de sistemas en gestión de Calidad.

  • Se valorará conocimiento en buenas prácticas de Calidad y fabricación, políticas y normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

  • Vehículo propio (no excluyente).

Horario de Trabajo

Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 17hs.
