Synergy Companies is looking for a new HVAC Installer to join our Sacramento team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Report on the status of each scheduled appointment
  • Testing and sealing of ducting system
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High School graduate strongly preferred
  • EPA certification
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Understanding of rules, regulations, and codes
  • Be responsible for company equipment and vehicles
