Job Description
Commerce Rev is searching for a dynamic, Google Ads Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to assist in the creation and execution of client acquisition strategies. You will create paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft. Exercising high attention-to-detail and time management, this position will work with the digital marketing team to execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies focused on lead generation across multiple clients. Must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with others. You will work in a highly dynamic business culture where being a valued team member and continuous learning are your top priorities.

JOB DUTIES:

Develop and create Paid Search campaigns for Commerce Rev clients

  • Manage client's digital paid advertising accounts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Plan and execute, from start to finish, a full range of successful paid media campaigns including paid search, shopping, display, video, and social media
  • Set up paid media campaigns, develop keyword lists, create ad groups, write ads, set up targeting and creating audience segments
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
  • Generate, analyze, and present monthly reports via Google Data Studio to clients. Share insights and action plans to exceed client's KPIs.
  • Create lead generation strategies and sales funnels to engage and acquire potential clients
  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure all tracking is in place and working properly
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEM and digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Actively participate in training across multiple platforms
  • Review status and performance of campaigns with Paid Media Manager on a regular basis
  • Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand our clients' key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Experienced in PPC/Google Ads - Minimum 1 years of Google Ads experience in a digital agency setting (Facebook Ads is a plus)
  • Analytical - Strong analytical skills & Google Analytics knowledge
  • Strong communicator - Write concise emails and easily explain difficult advertising concepts in plain English.
  • Efficient - Manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Problem solver - Identify red flags and connect the dots quickly to move the projects forward.
  • Emotionally intelligent - Good listener, self-aware, receptive to feedback and have the ability to develop a relationship with different people.
  • Relevant experience with Google & third party products like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, or similar.
  • Experience working with ad budgets of at least $5,000+ per month (preferred)
  • In-depth experience with keyword research, bid management, targeting and ad copy testing
  • Extremely organized, self-motivated, and passionate about the paid media platforms including Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication
Typical projects in this role include:

Strategy - Prepare campaign strategy to achieve client objectives

Execution - Optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping and Facebook Ads (optional) campaigns

Reporting/Insights - Prepare campaign reports, insights, presentations and answer questions about account performance

Training - Spend 5-10% of your time improving the knowledge of PPC.

License/Certification:
